Brief History

1985
The company was founded by Ioannis Stamatoukos. We provide development, design, licensing, and construction services for shopping centers, commercial stores, neoclassical buildings, warehouses and logistics facilities, office buildings, residential projects, hotels, industrial facilities, fuel stations, and renewable energy projects.
1990
Partnerships with clients such as Hellenic Petroleum, Eteka, Aegean Oil, and Avin Oil for fuel station facilities and fuel installations.
2000
Development projects for residences, hotels, office buildings etc.
2012
Entry into the industrial buildings and warehouse (logistics) sector, with clients such as LafargeHolcim (Aget Iraklis), Stergiopoulos S.A., and Tottis-Bingo S.A..
2013
Partnerships in the food retail sector with clients such as Hellenic Supermarkets Sklavenitis, Ahold Delhaize Group (AB Vassilopoulos), and Lidl Hellas.
2017
Providing services to clients such as OPAP S.A., Titania Hotel, and Divani Caravel.
2018
Participation in projects with real estate development companies such as Hellenic Properties, ARD Athena Development, and Prodea Investments.
